Weddings:

The Rookwood Inn is a perfect setting for small, intimate weddings and other celebrations. Imagine a ceremony in our Victorian pergola amidst our gardens, or in cooler weather, in front of a blazing fire or in the turret.

Most weddings are small events, up to 40 people. The couple, their families and friends, take over the inn for two nights. Upon arrival guests are treated to welcome refreshments. A rehearsal dinner may be served at the inn or at many of the fine restaurants in Lenox. The wedding is usually held the next day with a reception following either at the Inn or in one of the nearby restaurants.

The Innkeeper and Assistant Innkeeper are available to help you plan your dream wedding. Innkeeper, Amy Lindner-Lesser, is a Massachusetts licensed Justice of the Peace, and is available to officiate at your individually designed wedding. We can assist you with our knowledge of local resources for an officiant,  florist, photographer, wedding cake, other essential service as well as any other special touches to make your wedding dreams come true. We have excellent relationships with the finest in the area ~ guaranteed to satisfy your tastes and budget.

Elopements and intimate weddings (less than 10 people) are available at all times and do not require a minimum stay. The Rookwood Inn is available for larger weddings and celebrations from the end of October through mid June.

Justice of the Peace, Amy Lindner-Lesser is available to perform your marriage at any Berkshire County location.

Meetings & Seminars:

The Rookwood Inn merges your needs with our service and facility to create a perfect strategic planning, brainstorming and/or training event. You bring the participants (up to 30), we do the rest from organizing your meeting place, planning your meals and breaks, to providing audio/visual equipment. If you are looking for a speaker from the area, we can arrange for one; plan a sightseeing excursion, tickets to a concert, or outdoor adventure at any skill level.

As an experienced event planner and trainer, Amy understands your needs. We host only one group at a time which assures you personalized individualized service in our comfortable surroundings.

The Rookwood Inn's central location (2.5 hours from NYC or Boston and 1 hour from the airports in Albany, NY or Hartford, CT) makes us a great meeting place. The Inn is available for meeting/seminars from the end of October through mid June.
